In Canada, 5% GST will be added. Remainder of HST required for NB, NL, ON (8%); NS (10%); PEI (9%).

For overseas orders, credit cards will be charged in USD at the price listed above.
In the U.S., please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the first issue; elsewhere allow 6-12 weeks.
