open variable prime-0.75;
3 year convertible prime-0.5, 1.5 cash back, capital 5.55%;

Any idea?I plan to pay back the mortgage in 2 or 3 years. I got two options now:
1. prime - 0.75 open
2. prime -0.5, 3 years convertible, plus 1.5% cash back, plus 5.55% cap., which means if prime goes up in the future, my rate will not go over 5.55%. But if I want to convert to fix in the 3 years, I have to choose their bank. I heard that banks usually will not give good rate to renewed or converted customers.

open variable prime-0.75。算算三年共付多少钱就知道了。什么CASH BACK、CAP之类,统统不用理他。那是贷款之上额外卖给你的东西。
