• Four years of experience in public accounting firms
• Successfully completed Uniform CPA (US Certified Public Accountant) exams, in the process of pursuing CGA designation-pace level
• Proficient in computer programs: Caseware/caseview, Profile, Taxprep, Cantax, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, AvanTax eForm, Tvalue5, MS word, Excel
• Strong knowledge and experience with regulatory reporting, HST/retail tax accounting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of employees and management
• Well organized with superior attention to detail
• Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Analyze and reconcile major Balance Sheet accounts and ensure any reconciling items are dealt with in a reasonable manner and time frame
• Analyze financial information and prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations
