我住的公寓有很多蟑螂，跟管理员讲过多次也没解决周六我跟她说:如果再不处理的话，我就不交下月房租。她说，不交房租就上法庭。我签了一年的租约，如果现在要求搬走可以吗？请问如何处理这种事情,谢谢！！

可以去投诉, 但效果不会大. 所以要么自己杀杀虫, 要么搬走. 何时可搬走看租约.
