刚刚pre_aprove了，不知利息是不是太高了？刚刚pre_aprove了， 给我四年4.85%, 五年5.05%, 是不是太高了，我看大家都是4.55%什么的。
现在的租房市场怎么样，准备买了房自己住，也租出去。大家给点意见。

It is normal if you locked it recently. 4.55% for 5 years is the old story, they locked 2 month ago. But you can expect the rate will go down in the near future.

It is 5.05% for 5 years now. But the central bank of Canada just cut the rate yesterday (0.25%). You can expect the mortgage rate will go down. Actully, one of the 5 major banks has been done so yesterday afternoon.
