If you're thinking cheap and hiring her, you must make sure you know every tiny single detail about the service a solicitor is supposed to provide and what you're entitled to, and know to demand,i.e., you better be an experienced customer, otherwise you may end up spending a lot more or even realizing you bought a bad house after moving in. Cheapy has its reasons.
