先别高兴，七八月份一般是一年中销售不太好的月份，所以还要看九十月份的情况才知道。此外价格跌的多为比较高价的detached的房子，而较便宜的semi，townhouse等仍长，就是说大多数人能买得起的房子还在涨，所以还不能算是好消息。

反正我的意思是便宜的房子（25万左右的）在涨，贵的房子（30万以上的）在跌。到头来大家还是买不起房子。:(
