刚买了新房,签了合同,交了$500押金,10天之内,必须让银行出一纸有付款能力的证明,然后再交$2500,合同就生效了.这个过程对吗?我需要请律师看合同吗?是不是买新房,不能还价?我可以再找经纪去再谈点好处吗?
