看中了一个便宜房子因为烧油，如果想改成烧气的话，不知要花多少银子？
记得以前有过讨论，但实在查不到了。给点建议吧！

看来不仅劳心还要劳力。听说烧油比较脏，但具体什么，大家能否指点12。不过有的烧气的炉子20多年没换了，买了房子后过几年也要换，还不如底价买个烧油的房子，大家觉得如何？

谢谢酒肴肴，我的意思是一买下这个房子就换炉子，换好了再保。只是现在不知道到底要花多少钱，因为我也不会看管道什么的，我的经济好象也不太懂。

if you are not getting mortgage from the bank, you may 换好了再保, otherwise, you have to get the insurance before closing, total cost should be around $10K, if you need new 管道for forced air

曾经租过一个很小的烧油的HOUSE，那年冬天刚好油价有点贵，结果，每月取暖费$400！而且根本没敢烧的太热。。。
