Thank you for everybody's comments. I need more from you guys.I checked with some lawyers, they had different opinion, some said I can not quit the offer, because I saw the house before. Some said I have to go to the court if the vendor is not willing to cancel the offer. I do not want to take risk to waste money on lawyer before I can make sure I do the right thing.
