花了1100元的律师费，现在还要交罚金，真是郁闷！房子今年4月交接，当时从前任屋主那里拿到未缴的4月和5月的地税单，均按时支付。其后一直没有收到税单。直到上周收到一份OVERDUE地税单，今天打电话询问，才获知税务局9月初才收到屋主变更通知，因为7月和8月的地税未付所以现在要收20多元的罚金。打电话询问买房律师，态度极其恶劣，居然挂我电话！花了1100元的律师费，现在还要交罚金，真是郁闷！建议大家还是得自己多留意，千万不要太轻信律师了。

人那1100是说买卖房子已经付的律师费。不过话说回来，如果你真让律师给你要这20块，通常他最多也就是会和对方联络一下，要不要的回来难说。

我买房后也出现过类似的问题，甚至我再有和房子不相干的问题去找我的律师时，他态度非常好，而且思路清晰，敏捷，和我谈了1个多小时，没有收我一分钱

其实楼主也肯定不是在乎那20元，不过觉得憋气，这本来是律师应该做的本职工作，这钱应该要回来，如果他不给就写他的GKX

四月份交接的房子，七八月的地税难道要原房主来付？无非是政府那里更改不及时（或者律师工作没做好），楼主没收到地税单，所以才有罚金。

但实际上有一个问题。政府下半年的地税单，是在五月份以后才寄出的，并且一定寄到应交税的地址。所以，这个事情通常和原房主无关，楼主自己搞丢了而已。

I didn't get any tax bill from the government before I got this overdue statement. Also, even if they send tax bill to my address in May,it should be with the previous owner's attention. How can I get it to pay the bill

you are right! I called the tax centre, they said that it's my lawyer's fault for late notice.When I called my lawyer, he said that he did what he can do and coulnd't gurantee that all utilites can get the notice of owner transfer.I was mad with his attitude. I paid him $1100 and he coudn't gurantee his service? To be honest, I don't care the penalty, just feel really bad about this lawyer!
