law clerk 不能自己开业,但是pralegal可以自己开业,但是case标的比较低。

可是学这个好找工作吗?我觉得对语言要求很高吧,应该是english must be super good.如果你毕业之后想进西人律师行的话.

It's not hard, may be English is your only concernMy baby brother graduated from this program this year (Winter 2007). He doesn't study, he just plays computer games every day and night and yet he pulled off a 3.8 out of 4.0 CGPA upon graduation.

请问这里有毕业后找到工作的吗?就是象好一点的律师行,我觉得华人还是蛮缺律师助理的,但是如果进华人律师行估计要求会说粤语

Most or all Law clerk programs in Ontario Colleges require students to complete a certain amount of job placement hours in order to graduateYou do not get paid while doing these job placements.
After graduation, most students are not hired. My brother completed this program, and now jobless.

can I ask you a little bit more questions? You said your brother've graduated. What is his specific field? How long has he been in Canada? which college or university did he graduate from? I believe that his English is pretty good, right? English is not my first language, which is a big concern for me to go to law school. Especially in law firm. Reading, writing has to be very precise, I think.

He graduated from a Law Clerk Program from Seneca College, not from any Law School. Admission to Law school is very competitive. He was borned in Canada, he is very lazy that is why he applied to a 2-year Law Clerk program. After many years of pursuasion, he finally decided to go to University. Currently, he is in the second year of York University's B.A. Law and Society program. After he completes this degree, I will pursuade him to apply to a Law school, because this degree is not a Law Degree.

Actually, No one can transfer his/her University credits to law school. I think you need to read more information about law school before you decided to devote your precious time on LSAT! GOOD LUCK
