There are a bunch of schools that offer graduate program in EE. Good schools include UT, UBC, Alberta, Mcgill, Waterloo, queens, mcmaster, and also some fine schools such as , ottawa, carleton, western ontario, calgary, and many many others.Different schools have different requirements for admission. But in general, you should have a good GPA in undergraduate, TOEFL score that satisfies their requirements. You will also be asked to provide two or three reference letters, study plan, resume, etc. Detailed requiremetns should be referred from their respective website. Pertaining to the jobs, I guess it is fine. I have not seen anyone without a fine job yet, but it may also depends on the time and person.
